Xenon Post Pty Ltd is a boutique post-production company operating in Sydney and Perth, Australia. We provide colour grading, online finishing, editorial, delivery mastering, and localisation services for long-form film and television.

  • Contact form: your name and email address when you send us a message through the website.
  • App download forms: your name and email address when you request a download link for Xe Image-Convert, Xe-Zip, or other Xe applications.
  • Client portal access: email address used to authenticate access to the Xenon Post screening room or file transfer portal, if you have been granted access by our team.

We do not collect payment information directly. If payment processing is required, it is handled by a third-party provider and subject to their privacy policy.

We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act (such as health information, political opinions, or biometric data).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries and messages
  • To send you a download link for Xe software you have requested
  • To provide access to client portals and services
  • To communicate with you about projects you are involved in
  • To improve our website and services

We will not use your personal information for direct marketing without your explicit consent. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. How we store your information

Information you provide through our website is stored securely using the following services, all of which operate under their own privacy and security frameworks:

  • Google Firebase / Firestore — for authenticated client access and associated data storage.
  • Resend — for transactional email delivery (contact form responses, download links).
  • Vercel — for website hosting and serverless infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — for content delivery, DNS, and file storage (R2).

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for correspondence purposes. App download request records are retained for a reasonable period to assist with support enquiries.

5. Third-party services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

The third-party services we use (listed above) are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. Where applicable, we have entered into data processing agreements with these providers consistent with our obligations under the Privacy Act.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential cookies required for functionality (such as session management for authenticated portals). We do not currently use third-party analytics tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
